Winter Training1/10/2015 I have been doing a good bit of training this winter. The weather is never that good for getting on the water so I have tried to mix it up as much as possible. Regular running, MTB, road bike, Ergo and S & C sessions along with as much paddling as I can fit in has allowed me to get in some good volume from October to January.
