Waka Kayaks - Tutea3/22/2015 Waka Tutea first impressions and picsI picked up my new whitewater kayak from I-Canoe the other day. I decided to go with the new Waka Tutea. Last year I paddled the Tuna in Slovenia for about a week and thought it was fantastic. I did however find it a big big around the front of the cockpit for me. The Tutea is a scaled down version of the Tuna. Before buying I was a little concerned about the size as its listed as 50kg-75kg weight range. I demoed the boat on the Sluice (grd 2) and it seemed to float my weight (70kg) really well.
It is of course bone dry in Ireland at the moment so I will have to wait to get it on some decent whitewater.

Thanks for that David, I'm well under 70k so I guess it should be about right.
